Terms of service

These terms govern the relationship between Zaredeno and the users of its subscription delivery service for home essentials.

Subscription

• The subscription has no minimum term and requires no commitment.
• You can pause or cancel it at any time from “My subscription”.
• Cancelling a package is final: stopped deliveries are not charged, and bringing a package back is a new order from the configurator.
• Changes made after a charge apply from the next cycle.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in euro, VAT included.
• The first payment is made when the order is completed. The following ones are automatic, every month, with the card saved at the first order.
• We notify you by email 3 days before every automatic payment.
• On a failed payment we retry after 1 and after 3 days. If it still fails, the subscription is paused and you receive a notice: we never cancel a subscription without telling you.

Delivery

• We deliver to an address or to a courier office anywhere in Bulgaria.
• We remind you three working days before every delivery.
• The contents of a package may change with availability and season, at the same value.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the parcel, under the Consumer Protection Act, except for unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
